After months of roommates sleeping on it, there were a lot of mystery stains and smells. From the start he was very professional and quoted a decent price. When he came over, he assessed the couch, and actually reduced his rate from what he had quoted on the phone. That was a first! He was right on time and worked really hard. It took him about an hour to clean the couch, and he was incredibly thorough. He even encouraged me to call him back if any of the stains came back after cleaning, or if I had any problems.
